Constructivist Learning Model for Student Mathematics to Junior high. Dissertation,
Mathematics Education Studies Program, Graduate Program, State University of
Surabaya. Advisors: Prof. Drs. H. Herman., M.Ed.
This
research has the objective to get the results that the reference model of
mathematics learning I constructivism to junior valid, practical, and
effective. This research focuses on developing mathematics models of the
development of learning models that reference to constructivism (PMBK)
according to the purpose of this research. Product development in this research
is PMBK model and its learning tools and instrument. Learning devices, namely:
Learning Plan(RP) and math activity sheet for students(LKSM). Includes test
sheets each end of learning activities. PMBK model components in this study is
syntax, socials system, principles of reaction, support system, as well as
instructional impact, and impact accompaniment. PMBK model development is based
on a general model of problem-solving education by Tjeerd Plomp which consists
of five phases, namely: the initial investigation phase, the design phase, the
realization phase, phase of testing, evaluation, revision and implementation
phase.
Results
PMBK model development in this study has systematically (steps of learning),
which consists of three introductory activities, core activities, and
activities cover. Core activities consist of 4 phases, namely the awareness
phase, operational phase, the reflective phase and approval phase of
preparation. The result of model development criteria of validity,
practicality, and effectiveness.
